Northern Cloud is an temporary experiential installation. The objective is to use the utilize the catenary language through grasshopper, to create an immersive experience with the form and material itself. The Northern Cloud is built with glow in the dark yarns and mdf for connecting them to the ceiling. The form offers different ways of navigating through with simple height changes, allowing user to walk under the form and through the form. The yarns are charged with blacklight, and the material glows with the lights off in the space, which makes the form itself the only visible object in space allowing the experience to be more impactful.
